Foreigners, which operate
OUTSIDE the UK DO NOT PAY TAXES (including
corporate) and DO NOT PAY TAXES ON ANY DIVIDENDS
transferred to their shareholders accounts outside
the UK. This is why UK companies are so
popular in Europe.
To have this special exemption for corporate tax (as
dividends payments just required clear to be shown
name and addresses of the shareholders), your
company needs to be qualified as doing
"international trading", have proper accounting and
audit by Chartered Accountant and Registered
Auditors UK' company, which apply to the Inland
Revenue of Her Majesty's Treasury for such corporate
tax relief.
