Methods of Payment

You can choose any available form of payment in order to pay for your goods or services. Please read carefully the Due Diligence Requirements, as any payment that exceeds €1,000 Euro requires confirmation of your identity. Available methods of payment are:

1. By Credit / Debit Card

When making orders on the Internet, most of our on-line forms will automatically offer you a choice of paying by credit or debit card. This way, NO DATA is transmitted to FTI and NO PERSONAL INFORMATION is saved on our facilities.

FTI has few trusted merchants for the Internet transactions. This is required because each of the providers have limited abilities of accepted types of processing and for a purpose to manage all payment solutions and combined facilities of all major banks, FTI applications automatically transfer clients to the merchant which perfectly serve them. This way, ALL MAJOR CREDIT / DEBIT CARDS are served.

2. By E-mail, using Credit / Debit Card

If you want an E-mail confirmation of your order and personal pro-forma invoice issued before you make your payment – use this facility, served by Metacharge Limited. Send a FTI E-mail to the address: mail@corporatebookkeeping.net with a list of services which you require and within 24 hours you will receive an E-mail, directly from Metacharge Limited, requesting payment. Absolute security and privacy is guaranteed when you pay Metacharge Limited, not to the FTI.

3. By Fax

If you prefer to fax your order details, please fax to 0207 439 3900 or 0044 207 439 3900 (International) with an explanation of your preferable type of payment (cheque, by phone, credit card etc.)

4. By Telephone, using Credit / Debit Card

Lines are open between 10:00AM to 6:00PM (UK time-zone). Your credit / debit card will be charged through the virtual terminal facility.

5. By Cheque from a British Bank

Cheques are required to be:

1. drawn in favour of the FID Trust International Limited,
2. on the back of the cheque, listing all the ordered services,
3. send to the: FID Trust International Limited, 1st Floor, 26 Fouberts Place, London W1F 7PP, United Kingdom.

6. By Cheque from the Foreign (Non-British') Bank

The clearance will take a minimum of 3 (Three) weeks from the date of when the FTI receives the cheque. If you would like this particular type of payment, please bear in mind that the bank charges for the clearing and foreign exchange will apply additionally. 7. By Bank-to-Bank Transfer

Bank transfer is a secured method of payment.

9. By UK Postal Orders

Postal Order (s) must be:

drawn in favour of FID Trust International Ltd

When sending your postal order to FTI, please:

1. note down on a separate piece of paper: a). Your name and the contact details. b). and the Services Ordered.
2. send as a registered mail to: FID Trust International Ltd, 1st Floor, 26 Fouberts Place, London W1F 7PP, United Kingdom.

10. By Cash

You can always, during the working hours (10:00AM - 5:30PM), pay by cash by visiting our Office in Central London at 1st Floor, 26 Fouberts Place, London W1F 7PP, United Kingdom. For your convenience, the copies of the documentation (Due Diligence Requirements) will be organised and you will not be required to make any certification. Any additional services (as and the main) can be ordered at that moment.
